What is FlexEarn?
FlexEarn is a financial wellbeing tool that gives people the option to access some of their earned pay early – based on hours they’ve already worked and had approved.
It's not a loan or credit. There's no interest, no hidden fees. Just early access to money that's already been earned.
So when something unexpected comes up – like a car repair, a household bill, or just getting through a particularly long month – there's a little more breathing room.
Choosing to work for WCL over an agency
We know agency work can offer flexibility – especially when it comes to picking up shifts that suit your schedule. But for those looking for a bit more consistency and access to staff benefits, working bank shifts directly with WCL could be a more rewarding option.
Even on a bank contract, WCL bank staff can access FlexEarn. That means once your hours are submitted and approved, you can withdraw a portion of your earnings, without having to wait for payday.
