Life at Chapel is structured and supportive, but also full of energy and connection.

Inside the home, you’ll find ten well-furnished bedrooms, each equipped with essential amenities and fully customisable with personal items to help residents feel truly at home. There are five bathrooms, with rise-and-fall baths and wet rooms to meet different accessibility needs.

Communal life centres around a large, light-filled lounge, where daily activity, conversation, and laughter fill the space. There’s also a dedicated sensory room – and a fully equipped kitchen where our team prepares nutritious, home-cooked meals. A newly added space with a dining table and relaxation area offers another welcoming spot for residents to gather, share meals, or simply unwind in comfort.

Outdoors, a private, spacious garden and summer house provide calm, shaded spaces to relax, engage with nature, or enjoy gentle activities.

Chapel is more than a care home – it’s a community where people are supported to feel settled, involved, and able to enjoy everyday life with confidence.

At We Change Lives, complex care is never one-size-fits-all. • Acquired brain injuries (ABIs) and neurological disorders

  • Learning disabilities with complex health needs

  • Tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and respiratory support

  • Mobility challenges and medication management

  • Bowel management, catheter care, and stoma support

  • Long-term conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, spinal cord injuries, and stroke recovery

Clinical care is delivered with compassion, consistency, and dignity – but that’s only part of the picture. We support the whole person – physically, emotionally, and socially – helping every individual live a life that feels fulfilling and meaningful.

About 3L Care

With three specialist nursing homes in Winsford and Atherton, 3L Care has built a strong reputation for supporting adults with acquired brain injuries, complex health needs, and learning or physical disabilities. Now proudly operating under the We Change Lives umbrella, the team continues to deliver the same high-quality, compassionate care they’ve always been known for – with even more support, resources, and opportunities to help people live life to the full.
