Executive Management Team
The Executive Management Team collaborates with the Trustees to create the organisational strategy and fulfil WCL's charitable purpose of supporting people to live their best lives and it's vision of being a thriving organisation that enriches lives, while ensuring consistency with the organisation's values.
Board of Trustees
The Trustees are accountable for ensuring the organisation meets its charitable purpose of supporting people to live their best lives. The purpose of the Board is to ensure the organisation has a clear charitable vision in place and a strategy that delivers that purpose.
Board Advisors
Working with the CEO to support the organisation's strategy and provide the Board with expert advice.
Operational Managers
The Operational Managers are responsible for running WCL's operations and different services.
