Tracey Callaghan-Hayes

Tracey is one of our Trustees at We Change Lives, bringing a people-first approach to everything she does. With over 30 years’ experience as a nurse, Tracey’s career has been shaped by a passion for mental health, learning disabilities, neurodivergence, and tackling health inequalities. She brings a wealth of knowledge from working in clinical practice, commissioning, governance, and strategy. She’s passionate about ensuring lived experience is always at the heart of care. Tracey is proud to be part of WCL, supporting a caring, ambitious organisation where people truly come first.
