Sarah Gardner

Sarah Gardner's heart and soul have been with WCL since 2006, starting as a Support Worker before growing into her current roles as Operations Director. Her educational journey includes qualifications in Health and Social Care Management, Education and Training, Level 7 in Executive Leadership and specific courses in End-of-Life care, Medication, Dementia, and Infection Control. Sarah is fiercely dedicated to providing personalised support, building community connections, and constantly seeking ways to enhance the services WCL offers.
