Lisa Ashbourne

Lisa started her journey with WCL as a PA and has grown with us ever since, progressing through roles including Project Coordinator and Retention & Recruitment Manager before moving into her current role as Project Manager.

With experience across project coordination, team leadership, and different areas of the organisation, Lisa brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to her work. She makes sure project delivery and initiatives are practical, purposeful, and aligned with WCL’s values.

She’s passionate about making a real difference, driving projects that create meaningful impact and help improve the lives of the people we work alongside every day.
