Keith Jelly

As Clinical Lead at Chapel and Crook Lane, Keith works closely the Service Manager to help the home run smoothly while ensuring high clinical standards are maintained across the team. A big part of his role involves supporting colleagues to complete their competencies so the people supported receive the highest quality care. He brings ample experience in dual-unit leadership, change management, clinical compliance, recruitment, and staff development.
