Katie Dowman

As Service Manager, Katie oversees the day-to-day running of Creative Care, making sure the people we support receive the highest quality of care – care that promotes independence, dignity, and choice. With over 19 years of experience in the care sector, she brings a wealth of knowledge in supporting adults with learning disabilities. And since joining We Change Lives in 2021, she’s built strong relationships with the individuals supported at Creative Care, gaining a deep understanding of their needs, preferences, and goals. Katie also holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, combining hands-on experience with a strong practical understanding of what high-quality, person-centred care truly means.
