As Head of Financial Management, Jairo oversees everything from cashflow and budgeting to payroll and financial reporting, ensuring the organisation remains financially strong. With over a decade of experience in financial planning and reporting within PE-backed businesses, he’s worked across banking, hospitality, and now social care, bringing a wealth of knowledge to WCL. Jairo is deeply passionate about making a difference behind the scenes. For him, the real privilege of his role is supporting an organisation made up of incredible individuals who take immense pride in the people they care for.
