As Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager at 3L Bee Fold Lane, Jade helps create a safe, supportive home where people feel valued and cared for. Jade ensures colleagues maintain up-to-date clinical competencies so the people we support receive the safest, highest quality care possible. She works closely with the Service Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of the home, helping to ensure care is delivered safely, effectively. Jade brings strong clinical expertise alongside confident, supportive leadership. She’s passionate about promoting high standards, developing colleagues through training and mentorship. Jade is proud to be part of WCL because it gives her the opportunity to make a real difference.
