Fiona Carter

Fiona has 25 years of HR experience and is Level 7 CIPD qualified. She has a robust background in Retail and Hospitality, having established and expanded HR functions significantly in her previous roles. In her current role, Fiona manages the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to career progression, ensuring HR policies are up to date. She is passionate about Performance and Talent Management, supporting employees in their roles and helping them achieve new career challenges. Fiona is always available to assist with queries, fostering a supportive environment aligned with WCL’s culture and values.
