Emma Norman

Emma has been part of the WCL family since 2015. Starting as a support worker, Emma's journey has seen her support children, adults, and the elderly, gaining valuable experience that led her to become a Team Leader, and now Service Manager at Heathside and The Mews, our Elderly and Dementia Care Services. Having successfully completed her NVQ5 in Health and Social Care Management, Emma's passion for providing excellent service to those she supports continues to be a driving force in her role.
