Emma Burns

As Service Manager, Emma Burns looks after our Chapel and Crook homes, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the care sector – including 16 years as a Registered General Nurse. Her career spans both clinical and managerial roles across the NHS and private sector, where she has successfully led teams to deliver outstanding care and experiences for the people they support. 

Emma is passionate about high-quality, person-centred care and takes pride in building strong relationships. She’s excited to be part of the We Change Lives team and is looking forward to getting to know everyone at Chapel and Crook – from the people we support to their loved ones and the dedicated team members who make it all possible.
