Elaine has a background in Organisational Development and Strategy, supporting WCL's growth and service enhancement. She holds a BA in 'Teaching/IT', a Masters in 'Organisational Development, Strategy and Leadership', and has over 20 years’ experience in development and improvement roles.
Elaine is pivotal in shaping the organisation's future, leading continuous improvement through efficient and quality processes to support WCL’s journey towards Operational Excellence.
Elaine believes our teams are dedicated and passionate about supporting people to live their best lives. Her role is to lead organisational transformation, ensuring colleagues have the right systems and tools to deliver exceptional quality.
