Donna Dransfield

Donna is a CIPD Associate Member with over a decade of experience across all areas of human resources, including employee wellbeing, people development, and organisational strategy. She also holds NEBOSH certification and is a Technician of IOSH, bringing a strong focus on health, safety, and compliance. In her role as an HR Manager for We Change Lives, Donna plays a key part in supporting colleagues across the organisation. She brings a people-first approach – helping shape decisions that contribute to the organisation’s wider development and direction. Donna is proud to be part of a charity that leads with kindness and compassion, putting people at the centre, and going above and beyond to make a difference during some of the most difficult moments in their lives.
