As Head of Complex Care at WCL, Charlie leads on managing clinical standards, working in partnership with other central managers to ensure the highest quality of support that WCL provides. With over 20 years' experience as a Registered Learning Disability Nurse and Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, Charlie has a robust background in supporting people with complex needs, improving service quality, and safeguarding. She's passionate about person-centred care and helping services thrive. Charlie is incredibly proud to be part of WCL, where people are truly at the heart of everything we do.
