David Bailey

As Service Manager, David oversees the support of 21 individuals with complex care needs, enabling them to live as independently as possible within their own community settings. Drawing on over 35 years of experience in health and social care – including roles as a project manager, area manager and responsible person – David brings deep insight and leadership to his role. He’s a qualified RNLD with a degree in Nursing, and also holds a Registered Managers Award, an NVQ Level 5 in Management, and a diploma in social care. What drives David most is being part of an organisation that puts people before profit. He’s proud to work for a team that genuinely invests in its staff and is committed to giving back to the individuals they support.
