Sian Kirkpatrick began her journey at 3L Care in 2017 with a finance background, seamlessly transitioning to the care sector. Her role evolved with the care home's acquisition by We Change Lives in September 2023, where she was appointed Interim Service Manager in November and became the permanent Service Manager in February 2024. Sian's progression reflects her adaptability, leadership, and dedication to enhancing care quality. Currently pursuing an NVQ Level 5, she embodies WCL's values of compassion, quality service, and community engagement, making her an integral part of the team's success.
