Michelle Wray

Since joining WCL in July 2015, Michelle Wray has brought her Master's degree and extensive experience in supporting individuals with complex needs to her role as Westleigh Services Manager. Her career spans supported accommodation, nursing, residential care, prison services, homelessness hostels, and community settings.

Michelle's values align closely with WCL's Purpose, Vision, and Values, and she is passionate about providing exceptional service at Westleigh House, where her commitment to the people she supports shines through in her every action.
