Karen Sherlock

Karen Sherlock's journey with WCL began in 2013 as a Care Assistant. Her dedication and training led her through roles as Senior and Deputy, culminating in her becoming a Manager with Level 5 qualification.

Karen embodies WCL's values, particularly the ethos of “supporting people to live their best lives.” Her belief in this principle guides her service delivery. WCL's culture of promoting from within and ongoing support has played a significant role in her personal and professional development.
