Holding a BA in Teaching/IT and a Masters in Organisational Development, Strategy and Leadership, and having worked over 20 years’ experience in development and improvement roles, Elaine is pivotal in shaping the organisation's future. Elaine leads on continuous improvement through the development of efficient and quality processes supporting WCL on their journey of Operational Excellence.Â
